Cancellation Policy for Astrology Services At Jess Spruce Studio, I understand that unexpected situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your astrology session. I value your time and my own time and have created the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness for everyone involved. 1. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Client: * To cancel or reschedule your astrology session, please provide us with at least 72 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. * You can notify us of any changes by email. 2. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Jess Spruce Studio: * In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule your astrology session, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options that suit your schedule. *If no suitable alternative options are available, I will provide a full refund for the cancelled session. 3. No-Show Policy: * If you fail to show up for your scheduled astrology session without informing me in advance, you will be considered a "no-show." * In the case of a no-show, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of the missed session. 4. Refunds: * If you cancel your astrology session within the 72-hour notice period, we will provide a full refund. * Refunds will be issued within 5 business days following the cancellation request. * Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
